Daniel A. Crowley Design provides custom graphic design services. Since all deliverables are digital and custom-created, our refund policy is designed to protect both the designer and client while ensuring satisfaction.

REFUND POLICY
FULL REFUNDS (100%)
Full refunds are available under the following conditions:
1. NO WORK STARTED- Refund available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before design work begins- Must be requested via email to Daniel.Angelo.Crowley@gmail.com- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
2. TECHNICAL ISSUES- If files fail to download or are corrupted, we'll resend immediately at no charge- If payment was processed twice due to technical error, full refund of duplicate charge- Contact us within 48 hours of purchase to report issues
3. SERVICE UNAVAILABLE- If we're unable to complete your order within the promised timeframe and you need a refund instead of an extension, full refund available- Must request within 48 hours of original delivery deadline
PARTIAL REFUNDS (50%)
Partial refunds are available under these conditions:
1. UNSATISFACTORY WORK AFTER 2 REVISIONS- If after 2 included revision rounds the design still doesn't meet your expectations, 50% refund available- Must provide detailed feedback on what isn't working- We'll make one final revision attempt before refund is processed- If final revision is acceptable, refund is forfeited
2. MISALIGNMENT WITH BRIEF- If the final design significantly deviates from your original project brief despite revisions, 50% refund available- Must provide evidence of brief mismatch- Refund processed after final revision attempt
NO REFUNDS
Refunds are NOT available in these cases:
1. CHANGE OF MIND- After work has begun and revisions have been provided, change of mind is not grounds for refund- You have 2 included revision rounds to ensure satisfaction
2. SCOPE CREEP- If you requested additional work beyond the original scope, those additions are not refundable- Additional work should be purchased as separate add-ons
3. DELAY IN PROVIDING FEEDBACK- If you delay providing revision feedback beyond 7 days, refund eligibility expires- We reserve the right to close projects after 14 days of inactivity
4. MISUSE OR UNAUTHORIZED USE- If design files are used for purposes other than agreed upon, no refund- If design is shared publicly before payment is finalized, no refund
5. ADD-ON SERVICES- Express Delivery, Source Files, Social Media Kit, and Extra Revisions are non-refundable once purchased- These are time-sensitive services that begin immediately upon purchase

REVISION POLICY
All service tiers include revisions to ensure satisfaction:
$5 Graphics - 2 rounds - 7 days from delivery
$10 Graphics - 2 rounds - 7 days from delivery
$15 Graphics - 2 rounds - 7 days from delivery
Brand Package - 3 rounds - 14 days from delivery
REVISION GUIDELINES:- Each revision round includes up to 3 specific changes per round- Major concept changes (e.g., completely different style) may require a new project- Revisions must be requested within the deadline or they expire- After included revisions are exhausted, additional revisions are $5 per round

REFUND PROCESS
STEP 1: REQUEST- Email Daniel.Angelo.Crowley@gmail.com with subject line: "Refund Request - Order #[ORDER_ID]"- Include reason for refund and order details- Attach any relevant files or documentation
STEP 2: REVIEW- We'll review your request within 48 business hours- May request additional information or clarification- Will attempt to resolve issues before issuing refund
STEP 3: RESOLUTION- If refund is approved, it will be processed to original payment method- Refunds take 5-7 business days to appear in your account- You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed
STEP 4: FILE RETURN- For refunds, design files must be deleted and not used- You forfeit all rights to use the design upon refund- Proof of deletion may be requested

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
RUSH ORDERS / EXPRESS DELIVERY- Express Delivery fees ($10) are non-refundable once purchased- If rush order cannot be completed on time, full refund of rush fee + 50% refund of design service- Standard refund timeline applies
CUSTOM QUOTES- Custom projects outside standard tiers may have different refund terms- Terms will be outlined in custom quote email before purchase- Refund eligibility determined case-by-case
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS- Discounted orders follow same refund policy- Refund amount based on discounted price, not full price

PAYMENT PROCESSOR DISPUTES
If you open a dispute with your payment processor (credit card company, PayPal, etc.):
1. We'll be notified automatically2. We'll respond with order details and communication history3. Dispute resolution may take 30-60 days4. If dispute is ruled in your favor, refund will be processed5. If dispute is ruled against you, you may be liable for chargeback fees

WHAT YOU OWN- Upon full payment, you own the final design files- You have full commercial use rights- You can modify, reproduce, and distribute the design
WHAT YOU DON'T OWN- Design concepts and creative process remain our property- We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio (unless confidentiality was purchased)- You cannot claim ownership of the design or rebrand it as your own work
UPON REFUND- All rights to the design revert to Daniela Crowley Design- You must delete all files and cease use immediately- Design may be used for portfolio or other purposes
